DEFINER® KM Knife Mills are high-performance processors that use high-shear knives to accurately reduce cannabis, hemp, and other solids to a consistent output size without overgrind or excessive fines.
DEFINER KM are constructed of heavy steel plate and structural steel. They are supplied with an integral base. With precision construction and sturdy design DEFINER knife mills deliver smooth operation with low vibration. Stainless Steel construction is available as an option. DEFINER KM Knife Mills feature a clam-shell housing for easy access to the interior. The knives are precision constructed of high strength tool steel and are readily replaceable in sections. These units are available with a choice of starters or automatic control system.
KM600: The KM600 features up to a 10HP motor and drive. This unit can handle hemp, cannabis, small pieces of rubber, plastic and other dry materials.
KM1000: The KM1000 features up to a 40 HP motor and drive and can handle hemp, small bales, rubber, vinyl and plastic, new and recycled parts and more.
KM3000: The KM3000 features up to a 75 HP motor and drive. This unit quickly reduces large quantities of hemp to desired output size.
