Process Excellence

Franklin Miller Spiralift SR Septage Receiving System not only helps plant processes run smoothly, but can also greatly improve septage receiving operations. See how the Spiralift SR helped the city of Willits, California.

Description

The standard septage receiving system is supplied with a pipe manifold, valve, flow meter, Hauler Station Control System and HaulerLogic software. This system gives you full control of your receiving operation while providing haulers with a receiving facility that is easy to operate so they can discharge their loads quickly and hygienically.

In addition to the standard equipment, the Franklin Miller system includes such options as:

A system enclosure
ph monitor
Combined TASKMASTER® grinder and SPIRALIFT® SR screening and washing system

Couple the above control and instrumentation with the SPIRALIFT SR grinding and screening system, and you have the most comprehensive solution for septage receiving while minimizing the burden on your plant equipment or personnel.

The Franklin Miller receiving station is the only system to have grinders, screens, controllers and software supplied by one company which creates a system with unparalleled capabilities.

Options

The Hauler Station is a comprehensive control system that provides an automated interface for septage truck haulers to securely access the Franklin Miller Septage Receiving Station without the need for plant personnel.

The Hauler Station identifies haulers via a card swipe system, permits access, tracks loads, records transactions and prints transaction receipts. Drivers begin the process with one swipe of their access card. Once the driver’s ID is validated by the system, the hauler simply touches the start button and the system’s automated operation is initiated. The control panel is equipped with a touch screen HMI interface that displays transaction information, the system status and provides access for system administration. The system can be supplied with one or two enclosures
