Powerful, Low Heat-Rise Bale Granulator

The VULCANATOR has the unique ability to reduce whole 75
lb. bales of synthetic or natural rubber into small particles
without significant heat rise. This powerful processor can
drastically reduce rubber processing time resulting in dramatic
cost savings.

The VULCANATOR features a unique mechanism that cuts and
recirculates material until it passes through the unit’s perforated
screen. This unit features a special open design that minimizes
heat rise. This reduces or eliminates the need for costly cooling
devices required by typical granulating devices.

The VULCANATOR can handle a variety of types and shapes of vulcanized or non-vulcanized natural or synthetic rubber including full bales and it can reduce many other tough solids.
	A variety of models is available to meeting the application requirement. These units are constructed in carbon or stainless steel. They can be supplied alone or as part of a complete system.
