TASKMASTER TITAN and TITAN DUPLEX- Unique High-Flow Channel Grinder Technology

The TASKMASTER TITAN (TM14000) features a major innovation in twin shaft channel grinding technology. This unit's innovative design employs two counter-rotating shafts but its intermeshing cutter stacks have two different diameters. One is much larger than the other. The result is improved performance in both grinding and liquids handling.

TASKMASTER grinder handles a remarkable amount of flow with low headloss and without the need for inefficient auxiliary rotating screens. It's unique design provides superior feeding of large, bulky or round objects and a finely ground output particle. The result is optimal protection for your pumps, filter presses and other downstream equipment and the utmost in reliability. Yet the TITAN requires no more power than smaller traditional twin shaft grinders that handle much lower flow rates.

The TASKMASTER TITAN employs a 3hp or 5hp motor and cycloidal gear drive, cutter cartridge technology and a 14" x 12" (355x304mm) up to 14" x 60" (355x1524mm) inlet cutting chamber size for handling flow rates up to 8 mgd.(355 l/s) These units are available for submersible applications using FMI Submersible C.I.A.motors.

The TASKMASTER TITAN- DUPLEX models feature a massive wall of cutters and have 31" by up to 60" high cutting chamber to handle flow rates up to 16 mgd (710 l/s) for channel widths starting at 35" (890 mm).

The TITAN is provided with a S260 Automatic Jam Sensing Controller. This control senses jam conditions and automatically reversses the unit momentarily to clear the obstruction. For more Details on Grinder Controls>Click Here
