Franklin Miller would welcome your comments as well.

"The Taskmaster performed perfect. It's fantastic. I'd say
it relieved 95% of our problems as far as the pumps jamming up before
the clarification tanks."
"With the Taskmaster we're 95% clear of any maintenance on
the pumps. We had a lot of problems with jam ups, clearing the propellors
out before we installed the Taskmaster. Now, it's clean." |

"We have a Franklin Miller Super Shredder which is basically
maintenance free. It shreds up all your incoming rags and debris
to very small particles which prevents us from having to worrying
about cleaning bar screens and unclogging jammed propellors and
send it off so small that at the treatment plant it is hardly nocticeable.
We have 13 pump stations. When we start upgrading some of our older
pump stations, I will be insisting that Franklin Miller Super Shredder
be installed at all of our upgraded stations." |

Tina Myers-Wastewater Dept Supervisor-New Holland
We have five Super Shredders installed in our plant ahead of our
sludge pumps. They have been here for six and a half years, since
the upgrade of the treatment plant and we've had to do no major
maintenance at all on the units. We do routine greasing and oil
changes. We are very happy with the units and would install them
again."

"It is impressive. Yes, you can drop the flow that much with
one machine(the Dimminutor). The original application was of course
2 comminutors. So you are doing with one machine basically what
you were doing with two." |

"(The Dimminutor) cuts down on my man hours labor in excess
of 10 to 15 hours per week." Now this unit has approximately
70,000 hours of use on it. It's hard to kill. If it hits something
that's solid in there, it will reverse itself and clean itself out.
It's taken away a lot of headaches. In the area we are in, I think
our biggest offender is sand. Sand does a job on anything as anyone
knows. However, no problems what so ever with this unit."

"The nice feature about the Franklin Miller Grinders(Super Shredder)
is that the cutting blade automatically reverses with each new operaton.
This, in my opinion aids in keeping cutting blades wear even and to
a minimum. I worked at another wastewater treatment plant that had
a competitor's grinder and the grinder was fine except that the motor
leads had to be physically changed to get a reverse in the cutting
blade direction. This caused pumping problems because motor reversing
was not done in a timely manner. With all the duties this staff has
to perform at this plant it is nice to not have to hassle or worry
about the Franklin Miller grinders." |

The SPIRALIFT has done wonders for our plant. It’s working
beautifully. We’re really satisfied with the performance

"Dimminutor is our first line of defense and probably our
best line of defense for the rest of the plant. We formerly had
an oscillating design and when that would get stuck or something
jammed in, it did not have the ability to free itself. With the
Dimminutor if something is in there it will stop or it will reverse
and whatever is jammed in the unit is basically freed and is chopped
up."

Dan James, Maintenance Manager of Central Valley WRF
"We were experiencing more and more large objects coming into the headworks of our plant. The unit [TASKMASTER 1630 Screenings Grinder] has operated perfectly to stop the plugging in the screenings conveyance piping and has been instrumental in protecting our downstream equipment."
