S270-SRH Provides SR Septage Systems with Automated Hauler Access

The SR HAULER STATION is an automated control system with an interface for septage truck haulers to access and operate a Spiralift SR receiving station without the assistance of plant personnel. Adding to the features of an S270-SR Spiralift electrical control, this unit authenticates and allows access to authorized users, records transaction data and prints receipts.

Hauler Interface Feature

The SR HAULER STATION features a card swipe system to identify and authenticate the haulers. Once approved, the hauler simply touches the start button and system operation is initiated. The control is equipped with a touch screen HMI interface which displays the system status and provides access for system administration. The unit features a built-in receipt printer and internal memory. The controls can be supplied with a Nema 4x FRP or Nema 4 SS enclosure.

Communication A built-in USB port is provided for easy data download. Optional data interfaces include RS232 port or ethernet enabled/RJ45 network system. Configurations S270-SR - SR Basic Control System S270-SR-H - Hauler Station add-on for S270-SR S270-SRH - The above combined all in one enclosure. As an option, the S270-SRH-2 can be provided with a complete, computerized billing system. Custom configurations are available.
