The SPIRALIFT SR is a pre-engineered system designed to receive, screen
and separate septage solids. The SPIRALIFT incorporates a grinder, fine screening
shaftless screw system, spray wash, control system
and more. These units feature washing and compacting of screenings by
up to a 40%. The processed solids are conveyed to a convenient elevation
for discharge into a bin, bag or conveyor. The SPIRALIFT SR's control
system coordinates all system components and monitors system operation.

The SPIRALIFT SR features an oversized stainless steel tank enclosure and screening system designed
for abundant capacities to quickly offload septage trucks. An
automatic inlet valve automatically regulates internal fluid level. A
quick disconnect inlet flange is an available option that provides for
fast connecting to septage trucks.

TASKMASTER® "TT" GRINDER
The TASKMASTER Model TT grinder pre-conditions the septage prior to introduction into the Spiralift SR screening system, makes the solids unrecognizable and breaks up fecal matter. The use of the grinder optimizes screen and valve performance. An integrated tramp-trap helps to remove occasional tramp objects which can be inadvertently included in the septage. A convenient knife gate provides for easy clean-out of the tramp material. More info.. |

The SPIRALIFT is supplied
with an automatic control system which coordinates and monitors
all system functions including the inlet valve, auger operation, wash systems
and grinder operation. An optional Hauler Station athenticates haulers, monitors
