Innovative New Twin Shaft Grinder Handles up to 14 mgd

This powerful channel grinder features a major innovation in twin shaft grinding technology. The result is improved performance in both grinding and liquids handling capability. The TASKMASTER TITAN is capable of handling a remarkable amount of flow with low headloss while only employing two shafts. This unit packs more cutting area into 18" wide channels, features more aggressive cutting and superior feeding of large, bulky or round objects. The result is a more durable design, less cutter wear and no the need for inefficient auxiliary rotating screens.

While other channel grinders require 3 or more shafts to match the TITAN's flow capacity, this unit’s innovative design handles flow rates of up to 14 mgd while only employing two shafts.. The finely ground output provides superior protection of pumps, filter presses and other downstream equipment.

The TASKMASTER TITAN employs a 3hp or 5hp motor and cycloidal gear drive, cutter cartridge technology and a 14" x 12" (355x304mm) up to 14" x 60" (355x1524mm) inlet cutting chamber size for handling flow rates up to 14 mgd.(600 l/s)
