MILLERMIX Twin Shaft Mixers are suitable for a variety of applications including powder mixing, sludge, sludge neutralization and conditioning of powders and ash. These units are equipped with two parallel counter-rotating, intermeshing, paddle shafts. They are ideal for applications where materials need continuous mixing as well as conveying at the same time. The adjustable angle of inclination of the mixing paddles allows for precise adjustment of the mixing elements to meet the precise application requirement. MILLERMIX Mixers are available in Carbon Steel, T304 as well as T316 Stainless Steel construction. These units are available with from 5HP to 20 HP drives and motors. A variety of models are available to match application requirements. The MX units are provided with optional control systems, zero speed switches, chopper blades, vents, ports, hardfaced mixing element edges, stands, hoppers and more. |
