Universal control with unique versatility.

Franklin Miller provides a full line of controls for many demanding applications. We manufacture stock or special controls for individual grinders as well as complete custom units for system integration.

The FMI Universal Grinder Controls provide automatic jam sensing plus more. These versatile controls provide a variety of grinder functions plus the ability to change programs and system options in the field without the need for rewiring. These units are available from stock for new grinder installations, replacement of old controls or use with other equipment.

These controls feature:

• Selectable S250 or S260 Programs

S250 provides automatic reversing on overload for bidirectional equipment.
S260 provides jam “jogging” feature which reverses momentarily and then restarts motor in a forward direction for single direction devices.

Self-Test Feature: This function provides a test of all features including indicating lights and trip lights.
