CASE STUDY: An army of SUPER SHREDDERS ® Installed at 26th Ward Correctional Institute in New York State.

The units shred tough, problem materials in sludge or raw sewage lines. In this installation the shredders perform a preparatory function for the sludge stream prior to the dewatering process before the centrifuges. The SUPER SHREDDER ® features a two piece cutter assembly, Chrome Boride coated stainless steel cutters and patented bearing seal cartridges to withstand difficult sludge conditions.
